Please consider becoming our partner for patient safety and quality.
MedStar Washington Hospital Center is pleased to announce the formation of a Patient and Family Advisory Council for Quality and Safety (PFACQS). Being a provider of health care in our community for generations, MedStar Washington Hospital Center greatly appreciates hearing from you – the patients and families who rely on us to provide safe, high quality health care. We are honored to serve and care for you and your loved ones. Your feedback helps us do our best to meet your needs and the needs of other members of our community. We are confident that creating a PFACQS with a shared vision will help to make our community even stronger and healthier.
Our goal is to create a council that embodies partnership and open communication about what works well for you and what could work better. The PFACQS will reflect the diverse patient populations we serve – diversity in terms of income level, racial and ethnic makeup, health status and religion to name a few. The council will be composed of patients, family members or friends of patients, and community leaders, as well as healthcare professionals from MedStar Health.
