Vice President, Clinical Services
Marc Ehman, MS, MPH, is vice president, Clinical Services at MedStar Washington Hospital Center. In this role, he is responsible for the planning, execution, support, and growth of the Hospital Center's clinical service lines, in addition to leading the Hospital’s ambulatory practice operations. He is also responsible, in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer, for the development of new clinical care programs and integration with MedStar’s physician group practice in support of MedStar Health system strategic plans.
With more than 12 publications in peer review, Ehman is a member of the MedStar Health Research Institute's institutional review board, serving as the panel's go-to person on issues of health management and policy. He is active in the local and national chapters of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American Public Health Association.
Ehman received his undergraduate degree from James Madison University, a master’s degree in public health from The George Washington University and a master's degree in health system administration from Georgetown University.
